Requirements:
- One year or more of experience developing Ruby on Rails
- Strong mastery of writing SQL for high performance (Experience with NoSQL solutions like MongoDB, CouchDB and Cassandra a big plus)
- High proficiency with caching (both app-level memcache and reverse proxying), offline/asynchronous queuing, and building fault-tolerant, highly scalable systems
- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science preferred but not required
