We are seeking a talented Software Engineer who loves creating high quality applications and a great user experience. You will work in our product development team to create external and internal applications. In this role you will interact with QA, Product Management, and the Leadership team.Key Attributes 5+ years of software development experience with a strong understanding of back-end and web-related Java technologies At least 5 years of Java and 2 years of Javascript experience Strong object-oriented design and algorithmic skills Able to write well-abstracted, reusable code for back-end and UI components Experience with at least one of the leading AJAX frameworks Extremely detail-oriented and thorough with a drive to create elegant systems and intuitive user interfaces Passion for debugging and performance benchmarking Demonstrated ability to solve problems and create innovative solutions Outstanding organizational, interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity with Agile software development methods and industry best practices Why AutoReturn?
