Fast growing, LI, NY based SaaS based software company is looking for a Development Lead for our core software product developed on .NET/C#/SQL platform. The candidate should have strong analytical and time management skills, experience in leading small, distributed development teams, planning and delivering product releases, experienced in managing customer communications and customer projects, have an intimate familiarity with software development tools and methodologies and a strong technical architecture, design and development background.
Job Summary

Manage the pipeline and be responsible for the delivery of products in a timely manner within budget

Manage the in-house and outsourced development team

Designing and implementing real-time applications in Visual Studio 2008 and 2010 using Microsoft .NET Framework v2.0, 3.5 and 4.0.

Responsible for the architecture and design of dynamic platforms to support business requirements for reservations, registrations, payment processing and other solutions for the recreation and hospitality industry.

Work in system integration for different enterprise applications with the Microsoft Dynamics platform.

Implement and test web services and WCF services that provide the means for various distributed applications to work.

Work with Windows Application, Windows APIs, Silverlight, WPF, WCF and Security Standards on all different actively develop projects.
