• Mix is a Ruby on Rails application developed for Oracle that facilitates social networking between Oracle customers and developers. Oracle requires several new features to enhance the Mix user experience and to allow users to leverage their connections and group memberships in a functional manner. ENTP was contracted to deliver a set of new features to bridge the gap between similar applications used by Oracle, clean up the codebase, and to handle the increased scale of this year's Open World conference.
• Tender Support is a discussion-based customer support system that we built from the ground up to simplify the way a customer support plays a role in your company and products. Tender includes integrated forum and email features, as well as Lighthouse integration, that streamlines communication with your users and product through one simple interface. You and your team can now spend time focusing on what's important.
• Lighthouse is a hosted ticket/issue tracking application that we built to handle our own product development in the most simple workflow environment we thought possible. After 3 years of service, Lighthouse has grown into a beautifully polished service that is used by teams of all sizes on a wide variety of projects. Whether you're a small startup focusing on building your first product, or a video game company handling a large volume of QA feedback, Lighthouse can help keep your projects organized.
